What type of woman like purple satin panties?

Historically purple has been a symbol of royalty, nobility, spirituality, and mystery.  Also associated with the color purple is good judgment. It has been the color of choice with kings, queens, and high ranking priests.

I am surprised that purple is not a more popular color when it comes to lingerie.  When seen on a woman I personally think it combines a feeling of excitement and classiness all in one.

Purple satin panties should be the preferred choice for woman who are:

• well organized
• wise
• imaginative
• a little sensuous
• a bit mysterious
• inspired

Red is very “out there.”  Its meaning is focused and very direct.  An introvert would definitely not wear this color around people (especially men).  When a woman wears red satin panties her feelings and intentions are obvious.

Blue would be almost the opposite of red.  Blue panties give off a more “chill” feeling. A woman wearing blue satin gives off a more cooling, calming, and expansive vibe to people around her.

Woman who like purple panties usually have a personality almost exactly in the middle of red and blue type personalities.

Today we started scouring the internet for some really fantastic purple panties from from satin.  Like usual we found tons of lace but satin is a little harder to come by.

We came across a blog called the Lingerie Post which featured some beautiful purple panties from Edith Desmarais that were made from satin. It is part of her Satin Résille Femme collection.

If you can speak French I would also recommend going to the official Edith Demarais website.  She makes some fabulous items.  She is originally from Montreal but left years ago for France to become one of the premier lingerie designers in Paris.  Seems she has succeeded and it is no wonder why.

Its a rare thing to see to woman in satin underwear.  This is precisely the reason why we want to make it our goal to do our part to bring satin back in style.  Its the best type of lingerie you can buy. The boring cotton panties that you can buy any and everywhere including Wal Mart (yuk!!) seem to be dominating the marketplace.

Ladies…. its time to think outside the box!  Its woefully apparent that lace is usually the preferred fabric of choice for every type of undergarment made these days, which we are not against I might add, but we promise you lace panties does not hold a candle to satin.

If you have not already you really need to feel the intoxicating comfort of wearing satin panties and camisoles under your normal  outerwear? You have probably heard misinformation up to this point about them but please do not knock it until you’ve tried it!

Unfortunately they no longer seem to be so readily available as they were a few years ago. More and more yucky cottons and lace fabrics have replaced true satin in the woman’s clothing marketplace. It seems to me the satin/silk fabric is starting to be phased out little by little.

Victoria’s Secret seems to be phasing a lot of it out and they used to have some of the best items available.  They are really heavy on  baby doll lace now. They seem to favor this “microfiber material” more that’s really soft, and not terribly bad, but not nearly as shiny or smooth as satin.  Maybe it had to do with the way  the whole economy is going.  I do not think that satin and silk are all that cheap to manufacture compared to the other fabrics and companies are looking to cut back.

Keep looking.  There are still some places out there.  We have outlined many stores that still sell or cater to satin lingerie and will continue to do so.  Forever 21 has some nice pink satin knickers that look fantastic.  Unfortunately most of their really nice items are lace besides the one just mentioned.
