What do you think the panties you wear tell men?  Men see panties a lot different than woman.  They are not just accessories.  It tells a story.  Panties convey a message. Am I in the mood?  Am I feeling sexy?  Do I want you to come and get me?  Am I thinking about grocery shopping tomorrow at Sam’s Club?  Do I just want to go to sleep?

All these questions. And what panties can do is give your man that answer.

Here are some scenarios.

First, do you wear the white satin panties or black satin panties to bed.

You wear white white panties to bed.  This is telling your lover several things.  The white conveys the innocent look.  In our culture that color subconsciously stands for good, pure, or innocent.  So while you are sexy you are wearing an article that makes you very feminine and “princess” like.  So its up to him to pursue you.  The white says innocent but the satin says “come and take it.”  Its very sexy for men to see.    The man gets to be the prince sweeping you off your feet while at the same time you get to maintain your innocent fairy princess look while at the same time saying “I feel sexy” and “make your move.”

On the other hand you can wear the black satin panties.  They will convey something a little different.  The black panties are going to tell your man “I want you” yet “I’m in charge.”  When you wear black you are the aggressor.  The situation has more of a “I’m going to take you” feel to it.  Very different yet very sexy nonetheless.  You become, for lack of better words, Madonna.  Or the his mistress.  You are more in control when you wear black.

Red panties are fairly straightforward.  They imply you are feeling very sexy and in the mood.  There should be no mistake there.  If your man sees you in red satin panties walking around the house and keeps watching his football game then its time to go see a marriage counselor.

Pink is not quite the same as red.  Its more flirty.  It should mean that he’s going to have to work for it.  Maybe a massage.  Maybe him trying to do something romatic.  It won’t be a for sure thing but if he plays his cards right you are certainly in the right frame of mind.

While we don’t agree with all she said it certainly is interesting to think about the next time you are picking out a color for your satin panties.  The do convey a message, both to yourself and your partner.

Singer GWEN STEFANI’s upbringing was so strict, her parents even dictated her shade of underwear until she was 18.

The 33-year-old NO DOUBT beauty, admits her parents PATTI and DENNIS STEFANI raised their daughter under very rigid Catholic rules – underwear color included.

She says, “My parents were very strict. I had to wear white underwear until I finished high school.

“But they weren’t mean-strict. They were human, loving, and gave me morals, and I feel I’m very stable because of it.”

I found this very interesting because I was gathering information to talk about the next color you can get in satin panties.  The most popular, and this should not be a surprise, color of them all.  White panties.  They are by far the most famous.

And everyone looks good in them although I have to admit that Brazilian super model Gisele Bundchen probably wears them the best.  Oh well, she was voted “model of the millennium” by Vogue and was highest-paid model in 2008 and one can definitely see why.

Anyway one has to wonder what are so alluring about white satin panties.  Why are they the most popular?  Well if you remember from a previous article about colors white means innocent, virginal, and pure.  Now I know that we live in 2009 and every woman is supposed to have thrown those titles away along time ago.

The black panty personality is the norm.  Its the standard that every woman want to be.  But in the real world, away from what television says, every woman wants the white panties personality.  That’s what we are taught from an early ago.

Gwen Stefani was made to wear white panties by her parents because quite frankly the color white has always represented a sense of purity. Still does and will for a long time.

The black and the white and pink are all great colors but white will always be the standard.  Why do you think you get married with that color.

I have heard many woman contemplate about changing it up and wearing a different color for their wedding dress but at the end of the day this color is just embedded into our minds as the color for your proper woman.  Any other color would be thought of as deviant behavior.  Don’t believe so…try wearing a black dress and see what people think.

Another thing about white is that because its the lightest color you can get it generally looks fantastic on your body because it does not contrast as much.  Now this does not apply to woman with dark skin.

If you are a black or Indian woman then its the opposite as black panties will blend better with your skin tone.

The reason why I bring this up is because when there is a huge contrast with your underwear vs your skin tone certain features are accentuated.  If you have large thighs and you are wearing red panties then they will be highlighted more.  If you have a large rear and you have on underwear that contrasts a lot then its brought out more.  So for a lot of woman white panties blends in great.

White panties look their best in the high cut which really brings out a woman’s thighs and legs.  There is rarely anything that looks sexier.  Satin panties in this color will give you the look you want and that smooth feel you desire.

Okay so you are convinced that you want a pair of satin panties and you want that color to be white now you have to size it.  This is the key.  I have seen this time and time again.  You see a woman in Victoria’s Secret with something on, it looks really great, you buy it, and it doesn’t look anywhere near the long-legged models you saw on the magazine.  Just because you see something that looks awesome on Giselle, doesn’t mean it will look as awesome on you.  Shop for what’s works for your own body type. Don’t listen to television commercials that advocate “comfort,” which is just a synonym for “unsexy.” If you look hard enough, you’ll be able to find something both comfortable and hot. Jockey is not sexy.

Size your panties correctly.  That is the number one rule.  Too small.  You will have a “muffin top” or “camel toe”.  Too big.  That extra fabric is going to make you look like you are wearing a baby’s diaper, and yes people do recognize.  Don’t get one size knowing you are another.

Every brand sizes their undies differently so you have to be familiar with the brands you like.  You may know you are one size.  But for a certain brand you may have to get your panties in a size higher.  Do it!  Please do not be stubborn and get your underwear in “your size” because you cannot accept that for this particular brand they make them short.

A bikini brief is a panty that is cut to cover most of your cheeks but is very narrow on the sides, providing a high, flattering leg opening. A string bikini has only thin straps at the sides.

Thongs look like most other panties from the front but have a thin piece of fabric at the back that lies between the cheeks. Wearing a thong is not about coverage, it’s about preventing panty lines while looking and feeling sexy! A thong that fits properly will be comfortable enough for all day wear.

Some woman look great in one style and not the next.  Know what your body shape is and shop accordingly.
